National Defence College - Rwanda provides strategic-level education, including the Master of Science in Strategic Studies, for selected senior defence, security, public-sector, and international leaders.
Yes. NDU-R is authorised to award degrees, certificates, medals, and honorary distinctions through its approved academic and professional programmes.
